This is meant to be an easy to use tool that gets out of your way. As I continue to develop it, my goal is to keep and enhance that simplicity as much as possible.
There is a bad habit in SaaS companies to continually add features to a working product.
I am happy to customize your install to your needs, and you can find a growing variety of plugins or develop your own to make sure this tool exactly matches your use case.
Because of the product's architecture - I do NOT need to share that customization with all of my customers; just those that need it. So my service to Customer A does not affect my service to Customer B. I am not going to change the tool you're using to super serve another client.
Pricing
$150/month, flat.
Hosting, daily backups, in-system help, ongoing updates. Data import, design, and custom development available à la carte.
This is not a SaaS company.
I worked in SaaS for more than 20 years, and the whole business model is broken. Instead of focusing on providing a sensible solution, SaaS seeks to create as many problems as it can for its customers then charges to solve each one.
If you choose to work with me, at no point will you be put into in a funnel, or passed off between multiple tiers of sales associates. You may or may not like this product but I will not read to you from a script or make you feel like a number when we interact. I will not pester you with automated follow-up emails. I will not add you to a mailing list. I'm not tracking you right now and this site does NOT use tracking cookies of any kind. Not even basic analytics.
The pricing is as transparent as possible. I'm not trying to nickel and dime you. I do not need to pay a C Suite or make back investment money.
You can try a live demo of the back end of the product with no login. There's no form. I do not want your email address.
This is meant to be easy for you; you are the customer. Try and remember that as you move through this process with whatever vendor you choose.
